We only process the data you provide yourself, through two channels.
Name, email address or phone number, and the content of your message. We use it to:
On the pre-registration page we collect the following data: full name, email address, country and city, your longest sporting reference to date (an optional field), the personal description you write, and the language the form was sent from. The fields marked with an asterisk are required in order to notify you: without them we cannot add you to the list.
The sole purpose is to notify you by email when pre-registration for the 1st Edition opens, and to keep the personal description you have already written so that you do not have to write it again when you pre-register.
Joining this list does not reserve a bib, does not enter you in the race and does not determine the order in which places are allocated, which depends solely on the order in which pre-registrations arrive. Nor does it subscribe you to any newsletter.
We will not send commercial communications without your prior consent, and we do not build profiles or take automated decisions.
Notice list form: your express consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by ticking the corresponding box before submitting it. You may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Contact by email or WhatsApp: the consent you give by writing to us (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, where your enquiry seeks to establish a contractual or collaboration relationship, the application of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
We do not disclose your data to third parties except where legally required. To provide the service we rely on providers acting as data processors on our behalf:
Hosting and the forms service involve an international transfer of data to the United States. That transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, incorporated into the provider's data processing agreement. The site's typefaces and other resources are served from its own domain, with no requests to third-party servers.
Notice list form data: kept until pre-registration for the 1st Edition opens and we have sent you the notice and, in any case, at the latest until the race takes place, scheduled for 9 October 2027. It is deleted earlier if you withdraw your consent or ask to be removed.
Contact data: kept for as long as your enquiry or the collaboration lasts and, afterwards, blocked for the limitation periods of possible legal liabilities. After that it is deleted.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to ignacio@musubigara.org stating the right you wish to exercise and proving your identity. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
This website does not set its own or third-party cookies, and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Submitting the notice list form does not set cookies either. The language preference is reflected only in the page address (English pages live under /en/). If non-exempt cookies are added in the future, this policy will be updated and your prior consent requested.
The content, the notice list and participation in the race are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly process data of minors without the consent of their legal guardians.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. We may update this policy to reflect legal or site changes; the version in force is always the one published here.
